17011, PennsylvaniaI bought a 1 Year membership at this place downloaded their software and could not get it working. Could not open the other things I was to get also. Tryed for days and got fed up with it. I then tryed to get my money back. E-mailed and got no reply. So I counted it as a loss untill I seen this place.

I recommend that you share this information with the Consumer Sentinal, as a Member and Customer of 247Downloads. The Sentinal is a combined network of law enforcement, from different levels. Again that number is: 1-877-701-9595
I know this is a headache, but please fill out an online Complaint Form at www.ftc.gov, because there might be questionable changes at 247Downloads, which require investigating. FTC.gov is the site for the Federal Trade Commission. You can call them at 1-877-382-4357, if you don't have time to fill out the form.
Both of those numbers are toll free.
Now, I have contact information for you to use, in pursuit of that refund, but it is very important that you pass this information on to Federal Law Enforcement.
