Cleveland, OhioAmeriquest lending refinanced my home with high interest, sold the mortgage to Countrywide lending with a huge balloon payment. They overvalued the home, now making it impossible to save. I was desperate, facing serious health problems. Home is now in foreclosure. Only a miracle could save my home. No one will touch it to refinance me now, and they charged me to do this, about 6 grand. I now have no where to go, and worry for myself and my children.
