Being aware of this site from another problem, I decided to look up some lottery situations as the company above contacted me & may have contacted me about a month ago under a different name and being out of South Africa, but the same description of how you 'win'.

Like those who listed for the Spain situation & some other countries, I 'share' in a top prize of 13 Million British Pounds, or 6.5 Million as my share. I have to contact Andrew Young at Cash Change UK, who is the broker for Lucky Strike Lottery. As I contacted them not believing what I saw, Andrew responsed stating it was legitimate. Now I have 48 hours to return their form requesting my bank account information and the funds will be transferred after I pay a fee of 3,560 British Pounds up front. No lottery situation asks for funds up front, do they? Fees are taken out of the winnings.

I am ending contact with this Mr. Young. The Cash Change broker also has a site at www.cashchangeuklimited.com. Both sites look legit, list other winners with email addresses. Tried to contact one who won in same Category, but no response. Lucky Strike's site also states not to trust any other Lottery site, as they are not legit and should be reported to 'them'. Doesn't make sense. The gentleman from Okla who's bank tipped him off, thanks for that news. It saved me from making a huge mistake & to post this information of another 'scammer'.
